Large enough room. Good location. Very useful information from the desk. Real good brewpub just a block away.
Strong odour in the room. Minimal breakfast. Tight parking, reservation required, so ok for us. Very old TV with limited channels. The bill was somewhat higher than agreed, but we observed this too late to make a claim.

My room had central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has an unbeatable location just off a great area of town within walking distance to many bars, Farmers market, and public transport.

Staff, location, value for money
Parking charges. This is an Econolodge and should offer free parking. As they charge for parking they should show this at the time of booking not tell you when you get there.

Cozy room with central heating, a variety of TV channels, and a handy microwave for snacks 🍿. The bathroom was pretty clean, which was a nice touch.

The place was so quiet. The bed so comfortable. We slept in and we were not disturbed all the units around us were opened and being cleaned and that was even quiet. Very happy with our stay
The tv is horrible!!!!embarassing, just so happens it is something that could possibly make me think about staying elsewhere. It's petty but true

Staff were welcoming. Location is good - easy walk to downtown; good access to public transport and Portland State uni; great collection of food carts opposite the hotel. There are very few budget priced (approx. US$100) rooms in downtown Portland; this was adequate for a night.
This is a very basic motel. Rooms are dark. Furniture is battered. Room smell is "unusual." It is a place to go to sleep - nothing more. Lots of very early (4am) street noise.

Nice rooms, good location, very friendly and responsive staff
It got a little noisy at night, but then again, it is downtown.

The location of the hotel is hard to beat, just a short 10-15 minute walk from the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. The room was impeccably clean and had a comfortable bed, plus the WIFI signal was strong.

Location is excellent, lots of parking. Proprietors are willing to help when they can. Lots of hot water.
Poor maid service...2 of 3 days we didn't even get our beds made. Room was a bit noisy owing to thin walls and thumping guests. Continental breakfast disappointing, no cereal, poor quality cream cheese, juice artificial.
